    Since Graduating from University in 2018 Charlie initially gained experience in Tier 1 Academy Football before progressing onto Private Physiotherapy and sports injury practice. On top of working with the general public and amateur athletes Charlie has extensive experience in professional sports such as football, Rugby, martial arts and Motorsport.

    Interests: On top of sports injuries and performance Charlie Particularly enjoys working with complex and chronic pain cases.

    Fun Fact: Charlie competed internationally in Karate and reached a 2nd dan Black belt

    Rhianna graduated from University in 2018 before returning to undertake a masters degree in 2021. Over the years Rhianna has gained experience in the NHS, private practice and elite sports. Currently working as a Band 6 Physiotherapist in the NHS as well as regularly working alongside British Gymnastics and has supported Olympic athletes.

    Interests: Rhianna enjoys all areas of general MSK physio

    Fun Fact: Rhianna spent her early years as an elite athlete herself. Most notably competing for GB in trampolining.

Appointments/Pricing

All eligible services include the current 20% discount

  • This appointment is required for any new patient or injury and will provide opportunity to perform a thorough history taking and physical examination. We aim to give clarity on what injury you have, how long it may take and what the best management options are. This session included treatment and initial rehab plan.

  • During your follow up appointments we will review and re asses your injury ensuring you are on track. We will then progress your rehabilitation and continue treatment from the previous visit.

  • A 1hr rehabilitation session combining pain relieving treatments and guided exercise.

    Note - You must have had a recent Initial appointment to book

  • A 1 hour massage by one of our highly trained clinicians to relax and ease pain.

  • A 30 minute massage by one of our highly trained clinicians to relax and ease pain.

FAQ

  • What do I wear for my appointment?

    We would generally advice you to wear something loose fitting and easy to move around in. This may include shorts if you are attending with a lower limb injury or sports bra for woman with an upper limb injury. Ultimately we want you to feel as comfortable as possible while still being able to perform a throughout assessment therefore will wok together to achieved this. There will opportunity to get changed if needed.

  • Do I Need a Physio, Sports therapist, Osteo, Chiropractor or GP appointment?

    We are specialists in a wide range of Musculoskeletal Injuries and will take a comprehensive approach to your assessment and management. If it is more appropriate for you to be referred onwards we will notify you and provide a supporting handover/ referral letter. We do this to ensure you get the best treatment for your situation and maximise results.

  • What will my Initial appointment include?

    Your Initial appointment is where we will perform a thorough history taking of your symptoms, as well as a biomechanical and physical examination. No Initial appointment is the same as we follow a patient centred approach meaning everything we do is individualised to you. During this appointment we will give you some clarity on what is going on, Provide a rough plan of your recovery and start your treatment/ rehabilitation straight away.

  • How will I know if I am improving?

    Our approach uses objective data as much as possible, meaning we will accurately track the amount of movement, strength or swelling present each session. This allows for both you and us to see exactly how you are progressing and leaves nothing to guess work.
