What do I wear for my appointment?
We would generally advice you to wear something loose fitting and easy to move around in. This may include shorts if you are attending with a lower limb injury or sports bra for woman with an upper limb injury. Ultimately we want you to feel as comfortable as possible while still being able to perform a throughout assessment therefore will wok together to achieved this. There will opportunity to get changed if needed.

Do I Need a Physio, Sports therapist, Osteo, Chiropractor or GP appointment?
We are specialists in a wide range of Musculoskeletal Injuries and will take a comprehensive approach to your assessment and management. If it is more appropriate for you to be referred onwards we will notify you and provide a supporting handover/ referral letter. We do this to ensure you get the best treatment for your situation and maximise results.

What will my Initial appointment include?
Your Initial appointment is where we will perform a thorough history taking of your symptoms, as well as a biomechanical and physical examination. No Initial appointment is the same as we follow a patient centred approach meaning everything we do is individualised to you. During this appointment we will give you some clarity on what is going on, Provide a rough plan of your recovery and start your treatment/ rehabilitation straight away.

How will I know if I am improving?
Our approach uses objective data as much as possible, meaning we will accurately track the amount of movement, strength or swelling present each session. This allows for both you and us to see exactly how you are progressing and leaves nothing to guess work.
